Verification Of Vehicle Repair

  1. IG KEY ON, ENG ON
  2. Steering angle sensor module, 4WD ECM connector: Connect.
  3. Clear the DTC with a scan tool.
  4. Rotate the steering wheel both ways.
  5. Verify the malfunction relevant to steering angle sensor #2.

    Does the scan tool display any DTC relevant to steering angle sensor #2?

    YES  : --> Go to the applicable troubleshooting procedure.

    NO  : --> System OK.
