DTC C1604: Ecu Hardware Error: DTC Detecting Condition

DTC DETECTING CONDITION

DTC No Condition Possible Cause
C1604
  • When the MCU can't erase or write a data of the EEPROM.
  • If the master/slave processor detects abnormal operation in RAM, status register, interrupt, timer, A/D converter and cycle time.
  • EEPROM Failure of HECU
  • MCU failure of HECU
