DTC P0130 Ho2S Circuit (Bank 1/Sensor 1): DTC Detecting Condition

DTC DETECTING CONDITION CHART

ITEM DETECTING CONDITION POSSIBLE CAUSE
Case1) DTC Strategy
  • Circuit malfunction
  • Open in signal harness
  • Open in ground harness
  • Contact resistance in connectors
  • Faulty Heated O2 Sensor(HO2S)
Enable Condition
  • Sensor preheating and full heating phases finished
  • Battery voltage > 10V
  • Lambda control active
Threshold Value
  • 0.37V < Sensor voltage < 0.54V (during 10 sec.)
Diagnostic Time
  • 1 Sec.
Case2) DTC Strategy
  • Check time to closed loop control start with O2 sensor voltage
Enable Condition
  • Battery voltage > 10V
Threshold Value
  • Time to closed loop control not activated when O2 sensor voltage blocked between 0.37 ~ 0.54V (depends on coolant temperature at start)
Diagnostic Time
  • Immediate
