Power Circuit Inspection

  1. Key "OFF".
  2. Disconnect CCV connector.
  3. Key "ON".
  4. Measure the voltage between terminal 1 of CCV harness connector and chassis ground. Measure the voltage between terminal 2 of CCV harness connector and chassis ground.

    Specification: Terminal 1 B+

    Terminal 2 Approx. 3.5V

  5. Is the measured voltage within specification ?

    YES  : --> Go to "COMPONENT INSPECTION " procedure.

    NO  : --> Repair as necessary, and then go to "VERIFICATION OF VEHICLE REPAIR " procedure.
