4. Check For Open In Harness

1. Turn ignition switch to OFF position and disconnect ECM connector.
2. Measure resistance between terminal 3 of the fuel pump relay harness connector and 69 of the ECM harness connector C83.

   • Specification: below 1Ω 

Does resistance indicate continuity? 

Yes: Go to next step.

No: Repair open in harness.
