Airflow Sensor Inspection (Non-Turbo)

Using DVOM, measure voltage output of AFS sensor. Ensure all harness connectors are connected. Voltage reading can be accessed at AFS connector terminal No. 3 (Green/Red wire) or ECM connector terminal No. 7 (Green/Red wire). Backprobe connector to measure voltage. Voltage measurements should be .94-.98 volt at 800 RPM and 1.76-1.79 volts at 3000 RPM. Replace AFS if measurements are not within specification.
