Removal Procedure

  1. Raise and support the vehicle. Refer to Lifting and Jacking the Vehicle .

  3. Disconnect the engine wiring harness electrical connector (3) from the crankshaft position (CKP) sensor (1).

  5. Remove the CKP sensor bolt.
  6. Remove the CKP sensor from the engine block.

    Discard the O-ring seals.
