Circuit/System Testing

  1. Ignition ON, verify DTC C0895 is set as current.
  2. Ignition OFF, disconnect the harness connector at the ESC module.
  3. Ignition OFF, test for less than 5 ohms of resistance between the ground circuit terminal 47 and ground.
    • If greater than the specified range, test the ground circuit for an open/high resistance.
  4. Engine running, test for 9.5-15.5 volts between the Battery Positive Voltage circuit terminal 32 and ground.
    • If less than the specified range, test the Battery Positive Voltage circuit for an open/high resistance.
  5. If all circuits test nor mal, replace the ESC module.
