DTC B12D0 (Keyless Access Power Control Unit): Inspection

IG1-A_SIG, IG1_COIL+ Circuit Inspection 

Test Procedure 

• Preparation
  • Under-dash fuse/relay box connector D (16P): disconnected
  • Body control module connector C (66P): disconnected
• Procedure
  • Perform the inspection according to the following table.

			(Disconnected) Under-dash fuse/relay box connector D (16P) female terminals	(Disconnected) Body control module connector C (66P) female terminals

	IG1_COIL+ open wire inspection	OFF			There is less than 1 Ohms
	IG1-A_SIG open wire inspection	OFF			There is less than 1 Ohms
	Refer to the Open/Shorted Wire Inspection Description for the method to inspect the shorted circuit below, then start to inspect according to circumstances.
	IG1-A_SIG shorted to ground inspection	OFF			There is more than 1 MOhms

Results 

• If abnormal, there is a problem in the circuit.
• If it is normal, there is a problem with the under-dash fuse/relay box.
