NOTE:
When a vehicle spin is detected, DTC C1861-9A is set for the purpose of protecting the real time AWD system. When this condition occurs, the system will temporarily stop the real time AWD function. This DTC may also set under these conditions.
- When spinning the rear wheels while stuck in sand, mud, snow, etc.
- When the VSA system is OFF.
