Fuel Flow Line Disconnection
- Flammable - Keep fire away; Make no fires around the work area, and handle the fuel very carefully. Catching a fire to fuel will cause a serious accident.
- Relieve the fuel pressure before disconnecting the fuel line to reduce the risk of fuel spraying from the line.
- Disconnect the 12 volt battery negative terminal before the electric connector disconnection to avoid a risk for catching fire which is caused by the sparks coming off the connector.
- Clean the contact area of the joint. Any dirt may cause fuel leakage by a misconnection.
