DTC P0602 (310) (Generator Motor Control Module)

DTC P0602  : Generator Motor Control Module Programming Error

NOTE:  Before you troubleshoot, review the How to Troubleshoot the Electric Powertrain  and Electric Powertrain Service Precaution .

DTC (Electric Powertrain)

1. Problem verification

   -1. Turn the vehicle to the ON mode.

   -2. Clear the DTC with the HDS.

   -3. Turn the vehicle to the OFF (LOCK) mode.

   -4. Turn the vehicle to the ON mode.

   -5. Do the motor control module update procedure .

   -6. Check for Pending or Confirmed DTCs with the HDS.

   DTC Description	Confirmed DTC	Pending DTC	Freeze Frame
   P0602 Generator Motor Control Module Programming Error

   Is DTC P0602 indicated?

   YES 

   Replace the PCU .

   NO 

   The update is complete. If any other Pending or Confirmed DTCs are indicated, go to the indicated DTC's troubleshooting.
