Cruise control cannot be set

Diagnostic procedure 

• Check the PGM-FI system .
• Check the No. B6(10 A) fuse in the under-hood fuse/relay box.
• Do the cruise control combination switch test .
• Do the cruise control input test .

Also check for 

• Open circuit, loose or disconnected terminals: LT BLU, WHT, BLU, or YEL wire between the cruise control combination switch and the gauge control module
• Faulty gauge control module
• Faulty cable reel
