Warm Up TWC Removal/Installation

  1. Raise the vehicle on a lift.
  2. Remove the bolts (A).

  3. Lower the vehicle.
  4. Remove the A/F sensor (Sensor 1) (see A/F SENSOR REPLACEMENT ).
  5. Remove the EGR pipe (see EGR VALVE REPLACEMENT ).
  6. Remove the cover (A).

  7. Remove the bolts (B) and the nuts (C).
  8. Remove the WU-TWC (D).
  9. Install the parts in the reverse order of removal with a new gaskets (E).
