XM Self-Diagnosis

NOTE:
This diagnostic screen checks the audio unit's XM radio reception level. To check the XM reception, do the following:
- Turn the ignition switch to ON (II).
- Select XM1 mode.
- Turn the ignition switch to LOCK (0).
- Push and hold the preset No. 3 and No. 6 buttons.
- Turn the ignition switch to ON (II).
- Continue holding the buttons for 5 seconds, then release the buttons. If there is a problem with the system, the error code is displayed.ERROR CODE REFERENCE CHART

Contact XM Radio at 800-852-9696 ER 06 NO XM AUTHORIZATION Contact XM Radio at 800-852-9696 ER 14 ANTENNA NOT CONNECTED/NO SIGNAL Refer to ERROR CODE: XM ANTENNA OR XM LOADING IS DISPLAYED ER 24 ANTENNA SHORTED/NO SIGNAL Refer to ERROR CODE: XM ANTENNA OR XM LOADING IS DISPLAYED ER 55 HARDWARE FAILURE (CONDITIONAL ACCESS FAILURE) There is an internal failure. Replace the XM receiver (see XM RECEIVER REMOVAL/INSTALLATION ) ER 65 HARDWARE FAILURE (CONDITIONAL ACCESS FAILURE) There is an internal failure. Replace the XM receiver (see XM RECEIVER REMOVAL/INSTALLATION ) - To end the XM self-diagnosis, turn the ignition switch to LOCK (0).
