- Test the brake pedal position switch (see

) and check its adjustment (see

).
- Test the clutch pedal position switch (see

) and check its adjustment (M/T) (see

- Check the transmission range switch (A/T) (see

).
- Do the cruise control unit input test (see
CRUISE CONTROL ACTUATOR INPUT TEST
).

- Blown No. 4 (10 A) fuse in the under-dash fuse/relay box
- Blown No. 7 (15 A) fuse in the under-hood fuse/relay box
- Poor ground: G101 (A/T), G301, G502 (M/T)
- Faulty horn relay
