Transmitter Programming

  1. Open driver's door. Press and hold driver's master power door lock switch in the UNLOCK position.
  2. Within 10 seconds, insert and remove key from ignition switch 5 times. On the sixth key insertion, leave key in ignition switch. All doors should unlock, indicating system is now in programming mode.
  3. Release driver's master door lock switch. Press either button on the transmitter. All doors except driver's door will lock and unlock indicating system has accepted transmitter into its memory. If either transmitter button is pressed again, all doors will lock and unlock.
  4. To program a second transmitter, press either button on that transmitter. The door will lock and unlock indicating that the second transmitter has been accepted into accepted into the system memory.
  5. To exit the programming mode, close driver's door and remove key from ignition switch. Check door lock operation at both front door locks. If door locks door not function properly, repeat programming procedure.
