DTC 96 - 4WD Switch Circuit Open: Notes
NOTE:

Ignition voltage is supplied to 4WD indicator light through the IG-COIL METER fuse. With transfer case in 2 LOW or "N" position, 4WD switch is open.
NOTE:
Test numbers refer to test numbers on diagnostic chart.
- Checks for open IG-COIL METER fuse.
- Checks operation of 4WD switch.
- Checks operation of 4WD indicator light circuit.
- Checks for open 4WD indicator light bulb.
- Checks for open in power circuit to 4WD indicator light.
- Checks for faulty 4WD switch.
- Checks for open or high resistance in circuit 2S02 and/or 1A01.
- Checks for open or high resistance in circuit 2S02 and/or 1A01.
