Wipers Operate At High Speed; Switch In LO Position

Turn ignition on. Set wiper/washer switch to LO position. Using test light, probe Blue/Red wire at wiper motor connector. If test light comes on, replace combination switch. If test light does not come on, replace wiper motor.
