Wipers Do Not Operate; Switch In HI Position

Turn ignition on. Using test light, probe Blue/Red wire at wiper motor connector. Set wiper/washer switch to HI position. If test light comes on, replace wiper motor. If test light does not come on, check for open in Blue/Red wire between combination switch and wiper motor. If wire is okay, replace combination switch.
