Troubleshooting Condition Possible Cause
Main Action
  • Monitor the pressure during the motor maximum operation (12.5V)
  1. Internal transfer case error (Motor, Pump, Sensor, Bleed valve, etc)
Prerequisite Condition
  • Actuation test for the actuator
  • Turn EV Mode ON and vehicle speed over 40 Km/h
Threshold Value
  • Pressure is not within the specification during the motor maximum operation, repeating 5 times (normal pressure value 15~23.5 bar)
Diagnosis Time
  • Immediately
