DTC Information And Inspection: DTC Detecting Condition

Troubleshooting Condition Possible Cause
Main Action
  • Monitor motor voltage
  1. Poor contact of connector
  2. Open in wire
  3. Transfer case internal error (Motor)
  4. AWD ECU internal error
Prerequisite Condition
  • Turn ignition switch ON or EV Mode ON
Threshold Value
  • Operating motor voltage 1 (Inside ECU): greater than 4.5V
  • Operating motor voltage 2 (Inside ECU): less than 2.0V (Normal range: 1~4V)
Diagnosis Time
  • 2 seconds
Fail Mode
  • Do not control AWD
