Oil Pressure & Temperature Sensor (OPTS)
In a variable oil pump system, it generates oil pressure and temperature information (output voltage) to control the pump-driven proportional control valve.
It measures the oil pressure and temperature discharged from the oil pump and transmits the pressure information to the ECM, which regulates the proportional control valve to keep the discharged pressure constant according to the RPM.
