Repair Procedures: Replacement
CAUTION:
- When removing with a flat-tip screwdriver or remover, wrap protective tape around the tools to prevent damage to components.
- Put on gloves to prevent hand injuries.
NOTE:
- Take care not to bend or scratch the trim and panels.
- Disconnect the negative (-) battery terminal.
- Using a screwdriver or remover, remove the rear console cover (A).
- Press the lock pin and disconnect the rear console connector (A).
- Loosen the mounting screws, remove the rear heater & A/C control unit (A).
- To install, reverse removal procedure.
Information
- Replace any damaged clips.
- Make sure the connector are connected in properly.
