Front Brake Disc Thickness Check

- Check the brake disc for damage and cracks.
- Remove all rust and contamination from the surface, and measure the disc thickness at 24 points, at least, at the same distance (5 mm) apart from the brake disc outer circle.
Front brake disc thickness
- Standard (Mando 17, 18 in): 30.0 mm (1.18 in)
- Service limit (Mando 17, 18 in): 28.0 mm (1.10 in)
- Standard (Continental 19 in): 34.0 mm (1.34 in)
- Service limit (Continental 19 in): 32.0 mm (1.25 in)
- Deviation: Less than 0.015 mm (0.0002 in)
- If wear exceeds the limit, replace the discs and pad assembly left and right of the vehicle.
