Repair Procedures: Inspection

NTC characteristic 

  1. Measure the resistance of NTC and Heated pad.

    NTC resistance - 10.0 kΩ ± 5% (25°C)

    Heated pad resistance - 1.81 ± 10% (22°C ± 1°C)

  2. Measure the temperature.
    • The temperature of wheel surface must rise from -20°C to 20°C in 6 minutes.
    • The temperature of wheel surface must reach 38°C in 25 minutes.
