Repair Procedures: Inspection
- Turn the ignition switch OFF and disconnect the negative (-) battery cable.
- Remove the sub fuel sender.
- Using an ohmmeter, measure the resistance between terminals 1 and 2 of sender connector (A) at each float level.
Pin No Description 1 Fuel sender signal 2 Fuel sender ground - Check that the resistance is within the specification.
