- Engine speed during engine start is greater than 608~960 RPM
- Time after engine start is more than 3 seconds
- Battery voltage is between 10V and 16V

| Threshold Value |
- Compare Engine-off timer time measurement (ES Timer μC) with Engine running timer (Main μC Timer) is more than 35%+10 seconds
