- Battery voltage is above 10V
- Engine speed is above 400 RPM
- Vehicle speed is above 50 km/h (31 MPH)

- Vehicle speed equivalent to output speed is less then vehicle speed * 0.3 or higher than vehicle speed * 1.7 (ex. Less than 15 km/h (9 mph) or higher than 85 km/h (53 mph) when vehicle speed is 50 km/h (31 mph))
