DTC Information: DTC Detecting Condition

  • Electrical check
  1. Poor connection
  2. Short to ground in signal circuit
  3. Rail Pressure Sensor (RPS)
  4. ECM
Prerequisite Condition
  • Ignition switch is turned ON
Threshold value
  • Average signal voltage of fuel pressure sensor is lower than 0.2V.
  • Sensor signal circuit is shorted to ground.
Diagnosis Time
  • Continuously
MIL On Condition
  • 3 driving cycles
