Repair Procedures: Inspection

  1. Measure the Resistance between the NTC and Heated Pad.
    • NTC Resistance (Black/Yellow, Black) - 10.0 kΩ ± 10% (25°C)
    • Heated Pad Resistance (Yellow, Black) - 1.7 ± 0.2 Ω
  2. Measure a Temperature.
    • The Temperature of wheel surface grip must rise from -20°C to 20°C within 6 minutes.
    • The Temperature of the wheel surface grip must remain at 38°C ± 4°C after 25 minutes.
    • Every measuring spots (1-8).
