Monitor GDS Data

Connect GDS to Data Link Connector (DLC).
IG "ON".
Select "Diagnostic Trouble Codes (DTC)" button, Press "DTC Status" to check DTC's information from the DTCs menu.
Read "DTC Status" parameter.

Record all DTC's, DTC status and freeze frame data. Does DTC Status indicate "Present"?
YES
- Go to "TERMINAL AND CONNECTOR INSPECTION " procedure.
NO
- Fault is intermittent caused by ECM (PCM) memory was not cleared after repair.
  Erase DTC and drive the vehicle to satisfy the enable condition then, go to "COMPONENT INSPECTION " procedure.
