DTC Information: DTC Detecting Condition

Item Detecting Condition Possible cause
DTC Strategy
  • Signal check, low
  1. Poor Connection
  2. Open or short to ground in power circuit
  3. Short to ground in signal circuit
  4. Rail pressure sensor (RPS)
  5. ECM (PCM)
Enable Conditions
  • IG ON
Threshold value
  • Sensor voltage < 0.4 V
Diagnosis Time
  • 2.5 sec.
MIL On Condition
  • 2 Driving Cycles
