DTC Information: DTC Detecting Condition

  • Voltage range check
  1. Poor connection
  2. Open or short to battery in harness
  3. Open in ground harness
  4. IATS
  5. ECM
Prerequisite condition
  • Heat stored in intake manifold is greater than 0°C (32°F).
  • Minimum temperature (AAT and ECT) is higher than or equal to -30°C (-22°F).
  • Battery voltage is between 10V and 16V
Threshold Value
  • Battery voltage is between 10V and 16V.
  • IAT sensor voltage represents open or short to battery
Diagnosis Time
  • Continuously
MIL On Condition
  • 3rd Drive Cycle
