Check Short In Control Circuit

Turn "OFF" the ignition switch.
Disconnect Starter Relay and ECM connector.
Measure the resistance between control terminal of Starter Relay harness connector and Starter Relay control terminal of ECM harness connector.
Specification : Infinite ∞Ω
Is the measured resistance within specification?
YES
- Go to "CHECK OPEN IN CONTROL CIRCUIT " procedure.
NO
- Repair the connector. Go to "VERIFICATION OF VEHICLE REPAIR " procedure.
