DTC Information: DTC Detecting Condition

Case 1 Main Action
  • Controller malfunction check - failure of controller operation
  1. Poor connection or damaged harness
  2. Unstable Power

Prerequisite condition
  • Ignition switch is turned "ON".
  • Battery voltage is between 11V and 16V.

  • Communication failure is detected.
  • ASIC data checksum error is detected.

Case 2 Main Action
  • Knock acquisition check
Prerequisite condition
  • Engine speed is higher than 32 rpm.
Threshold Value
  • Integrity of knock sensor acquisition is not correct.
Diagnosis Time
  • 200 revs.
Case 3 Main Action
  • Check fuel injector driver boost voltage
Prerequisite condition
  • Engine speed is higher than 32 rpm.
  • Elapsed time after engine running is longer than 0.3 seconds.
Threshold Value
  • Mean value of boost voltage is between 30V and 75V.
Diagnosis Time
  • 3 Seconds
Case 4 Main Action
  • Check temperature of power stage port flap driver
Prerequisite condition
  • Engine is running with speed higher than 32 rpm.
  • Battery voltage is between 10V and 16V.

  • Power stage output for port flap is over temperature.
