DTC Information: DTC Detecting Condition

Trouble Shooting Condition Possible Cause
Main Action
  • Monitor Sensor Supply Voltage
  1. Faulty ESP (ESC)
  2. Poor connection in power supply circuit to sensor
Threshold Value
  • A failure is detected if the sensor power voltage is below Vbat ±1V longer than 100 milliseconds while sensor power is on.
  • A failure is detected if the sensor power voltage is above 1V longer than 56 milliseconds while sensor power is on.
MIL
  • The ABS/ESP (ESC) warning lamps are activated.
Reset condition
  • Turn ignition switch off and back on.
