DTC Information: DTC Detecting Condition

Item Detecting Condition Possible Cause
DTC Strategy
  • SERIAL Communication Check
  1. LHI-CON (Drive Integrated Connector) Local Comm. Line open
  2. LHI-CON (Drive Integrated Connector) Local Comm. Line short to battery/ground
Enable Conditions
  • IG "ON" state after engine start
Threshold Value
  • Open, Short to battery or Short to ground
  • Protocol Error by noise
Diagnostic Time
  • Immediately (DTC status memorized)
DTC Erasing Time
  • DTC is erased immediately after trouble fixed (If current DTCs do not reoccur during IG ON-OFF 30 times, history failures is cleared)
