Verification Of Vehicle Repair

After a repair, it is essential to verify that the fault has been corrected.

  1. Connect GDS and check "No. of Key Learnt, ECM status and Smart Key ECM status"
  2. Select "Diagnostic Trouble Codes (DTC)"  mode and then clear DTC
  3. Operate the vehicle within the enable condition and monitor the DTC on the GDS
  4. Are any DTCs present?

    YES 

    • Go to the applicable troubleshooting DTC INDEX procedure

    NO 

    • System is performing to specification at this time.
