Repair Procedures: Removal

  1. Disconnect the negative (-) battery terminal.
  2. Remove the driver airbag module.

    (Refer to Restraint DRIVER AIRBAG (DAB) MODULE AND CHECK SPRING )

  3. Remove the screw from the steering cover.

  4. Remove the steering back cover (A).

  6. Remove the screw and loosen the steering remote control (A).
