Repair Procedures: Installation

  1. Install in the reverse order of removal.
    NOTE:
    • The existing valve body cover gasket (A) must be replaced with new one. (Do not reuse it.)

    • Perform the procedures below after replacing the solenoid valve.
    1. Refill the automatic transaxle with fluid.

      (Refer to Hydraulic System - "FLUID ")

    2. Reset the automatic transaxle adaptive values using the GDS.

    3. Perform the TCM adaptive values learning procedure.

      (Refer to Automatic Transaxle Control System - "REPAIR PROCEDURES ")

    4. Confirm that there is no fluid leakage on connections after repairing.
