DTC Information: DTC Detecting Condition

Item Detecting Condition Possible Cause
DTC Strategy
  • Signal Plausibility with lean mixture (during fuel cut off)
  1. Poor connection
  2. Open in harness
  3. HO2S (B1/S2)
  4. ECM (PCM)
Enable Conditions
  • Downstream O2 Sensor operative readiness is detected
  • Integrated mass air flow is greater than 500g since last fuel cut-off
  • Integrated mass air flow is between 20g and 250g since fuel cut-off begin
  • Battery voltage is between 10V and 16V
Threshold value
  • Downstream O2 sensor voltage is greater than 0.2V
Diagnosis Time
  • 5 seconds
MIL On Condition
  • 2 Driving Cycles
