[CVVT Oil Control Valve (Exhaust)]

[Bank 1] 

  1. Turn ignition switch OFF and disconnect the negative (-) battery cable.
  2. Disconnect the CVVT oil control valve connector (A).

  3. Remove the cylinder head cover.

    (Refer to Engine Mechanical System - "CYLINDER HEAD ASSEMBLY - 3.3L ")

  4. Remove the CVVT oil control valve from the engine, after removing the bolts (A).

[Bank 2] 

  1. Turn ignition switch OFF and disconnect the negative (-) battery cable.
  2. Disconnect the CVVT oil control valve connector (A).

  3. Remove the cylinder head cover.

    (Refer to Engine Mechanical System - "CYLINDER HEAD ASSEMBLY - 3.3L ")

  4. Remove the CVVT oil control valve from the engine, after removing the bolts (A).
