Installation Procedure
Battery (1) - Install
Battery Hold Down Retainer Bolt Retainer (2) - Install
- Battery Hold Down Retainer Bolt (1) - Install and tighten - Fastener Specifications
Battery Monitor Module (2) - Install
- Battery Monitor Module (1) - Tighten - Fastener Specifications
Battery Hold Down Strap (1) - Install
{ If equipped }Battery Vent Tube (3) - Install
- { If equipped }Wiring Harness Clip (2) - Engage
- Battery Hold Down Strap Bolt (1) - Install and tighten - Fastener Specifications
Battery Negative Sensor Cable (5) - Install
- Wiring Harness Clip (4) - Engage
- Wiring Harness (3) - Install
- Wiring Harness Retainer (2) - Engage
- Connect the electrical connector. (1)
Battery Distribution Engine Compartment Fuse Block (2) - Install
- Retaining Tab (1) - Engage [3x]
Generator Battery Positive and Negative Cable (10) - Install [2x]
- Battery Positive Junction Block Cable (9) - Install
- Engine Harness Terminal (8) - Install [2x]
- Body Harness Terminal (7) - Install
- Battery Positive Cable Nut (6) - Install and tighten [2x] - Fastener Specifications
- Battery Positive Cable Junction Block Lead Nut (5) - Install and tighten - Fastener Specifications
- Engine Wiring Harness Battery Lead Nut (4) - Install and tighten [2x] - Fastener Specifications
- Body Front and Instrument Panel Wiring Harness Fuse Block Housing Nut (3) - Install and tighten - Fastener Specifications
- Battery Distribution Engine Compartment Fuse Block (2) - Tighten - Fastener Specifications
- Connect the electrical connectors. (1)
Front Compartment Fuse Block Cover (2) - Install
- Retaining Tab (1) - Engage [2x]
- Connect the battery negative cable. Battery Negative Cable Disconnection and Connection
- Learn the battery sensor module. Battery Sensor Module Learn
