Installation Procedure
Fuel Tank Filler Pipe (1) - Install
Fuel Tank Filler Hose (3) - Install
- Rotate the fuel tank filler hose clamp 180° to gain access for proper torque.
- Fuel Tank Filler Hose Clamp (2) - Tighten - Fastener Specifications
- Evaporative Emission Canister Vent Hose (1) - Connect - Plastic Collar Quick Connect Fitting Service
Install the chassis front wiring harness ground (2).
- Chassis Front Wiring Harness Ground Bolt (1) - Install and tighten - Fastener Specifications
Fuel Tank Filler Vent Hose Strap (1) - Install NEW [2x]
Fuel Tank Filler Pipe Ground Bolt (3) - Install and tighten [2x] - Fastener Specifications
- Evaporative Emission Canister Filter Pipe (2) - Install
- Evaporative Emission Canister Retainer (1) - Install
Position the fuel tank filler pipe housing (2) to the pickup box outer side panel and the fuel filler pipe.
- Press the fuel tank filler pipe housing (2) to the pickup box outer side panel until fully seated.
- Ensure the fuel tank filler pipe housing seal is full seated to the filler pipe.
Pickup Box Wheelhouse Panel (1) - Install
Pickup Box Wheelhouse Panel Bolt (1) - Install and tighten [8x] - Fastener Specifications
Rear Wheelhouse Liner (3) - Install
- Rear Wheelhouse Liner Bolt (2) - Install and tighten [4x] - Fastener Specifications
- Rear Wheel Opening Molding Bolt (1) - Install and tighten [3x] - Fastener Specifications
- Install the rear tire and wheel assembly. Tire and Wheel Removal and Installation (RD6 / RPP) , or Tire and Wheel Removal and Installation (QW5 / R1U / R34 / PZX / PZI / RQ8 / RQL / RD4 / RD5 / RPS / NZS / NZT)
