Installation Procedure

    Drive Motor Power Inverter Module Cover Gasket (2) @ Drive Motor Power Inverter Rear Module (1) - Install

  2. Drive Motor Power Inverter Rear Module (1) - Install

    CAUTION:

    Refer to Fastener Caution .

    NOTE:

    Some components not shown for graphic clarity.

    Drive Motor Power Inverter Module Bolt (1) - Install and tighten in sequence [16x] - Fastener Specifications

    Drive Motor Power Inverter Module Connector Bolt (1) - Install and tighten [3x] - Fastener Specifications

    Drive Motor Power Inverter Module Cover Gasket (3) @ Drive Motor Power Inverter Module Cover (2) - Install

  6. Drive Motor Power Inverter Module Cover (2) - Install
  7. Drive Motor Power Inverter Module Cover Bolt (1) - Install and tighten [4x] - Fastener Specifications

    Rear Electric Drive Transmission Module Cooler Coolant Hose (4) - Install

  9. Install the rear electric drive transmission module cooler coolant hose retainer (3).
  10. Rear Electric Drive Transmission Module Cooler Coolant Hose (2) - Connect [2x]
  11. Connect the electrical connector. (1)

    Battery Positive and Negative Cable Extension Cable (1) - Install

    Install the battery positive and negative cable extension cable retainer (3).

  14. Battery Positive Cable Shield Bolt (2) - Install and tighten [2x] - Fastener Specifications
  15. Connect the electrical connectors. (1)

    Battery Positive Cable Shield Bolt (2) - Install and tighten [2x] - Fastener Specifications

  17. Install the battery positive and negative cable extension cable retainers (1).

    Rear Electric Drive Transmission Module Coolant Hose (4) - Install

  19. Install the rear electric drive transmission module coolant hose retainer (3).
  20. Rear Electric Drive Transmission Module Coolant Hose (2) - Connect [3x]
  21. Drive Motor Power Inverter Module Bolt (1) - Install and tighten - Fastener Specifications

    Rear Suspension Cradle (1) - Install - Rear Suspension Cradle Removal and Installation

  23. Run all necessary programming and setup procedures. Control Module References
