Circuit/System Verification

    NOTE:

    No Diagnosis Time for Battery charging and testing is allowed. Battery charging and testing is NOT required.

  1. Verify the customer has the Proactive Alert SAC001 from OnStar, or by using the scan tool "Vehicle Diagnostics" - "Vehicle Proactive Alerts", or Service Workbench Alerts.
  2. Clear the Proactive Alert using the scan tool "Vehicle Diagnostics" - "Vehicle Proactive Alerts".
    • Go to next step: If Proactive Alert SAC001 is not present. 
  3. All Ok.
