Removal Procedure

  1. Disconnect the battery negative cable. Battery Negative Cable Disconnection and Connection

    Air Cleaner Assembly (1) - Remove - Air Cleaner Assembly Replacement

  3. Disconnect the A/C Refrigerant Pressure Sensor Connector. Air Conditioning (A/C) Refrigerant Pressure Sensor Replacement (LCV, LGX)

    Radiator Air Upper Baffle (1) - Remove - Radiator Air Upper Baffle Replacement (LGX)

    Remove the drive belt from the generator pulley only. (1) - Drive Belt Replacement

    Drive Belt Idler Pulley (2) - Remove - Drive Belt Idler Pulley Replacement

    Protective Cap (3) - Remove

  8. Battery Positive Cable Nut (2) @Generator - Remove
  9. Battery Positive Cable (1) - Remove
  10. Electrical Connector (4) - Disconnect

    Generator Bolt (1) - Remove [2x]

  12. Generator (2) - Remove
