Installation Procedure

    CAUTION:

    Refer to Fastener Caution

    If necessary, install the generator mounting stud. (3) - Tighten 9 N.m (80 lb in)

  2. Generator (4) - Install
  3. Generator Nut (2) - Install and tighten 22 N.m (16 lb ft)
  4. Generator Bolt (5) - Install and tighten 22 N.m (16 lb ft)
  5. Electrical Connector (1) - Connect

    Generator Bolt (1) - Install and tighten 22 N.m (16 lb ft)

    Battery Positive Cable (3) - Install

  8. Generator Nut (2) - Install and tighten 15 N.m (11 lb ft)
  9. Protective Cap (1) - Install

    Drive Belt (1) - Install - Drive Belt Replacement

  11. Lower the vehicle.

    Air Cleaner Assembly (1) - Install - Air Cleaner Assembly Replacement

    Air Cleaner Outlet Front Duct (2) - Install - Air Cleaner Outlet Front Duct Replacement

  14. Connect the negative battery cable. Battery Negative Cable Disconnection and Connection (Without KL9) , or Battery Negative Cable Disconnection and Connection (With KL9)
