Installation Procedure

  1. Install NEW O-Ring (2)
  2. Install Fuel Tank Fuel Pump Module (1)

  3. Connect Fuel Tank Vent Hose (1). Refer to Plastic Collar Quick Connect Fitting Service

  4. Install Fuel Pump Lock Ring (1) - CH 52075  Fuel Sender Lock Ring Wrench
    5. Fig 4: Electrical Connectors, Fuel Pump Fuel Return Hose, Fuel Pump To Fuel Filter Hose And Fuel Tank Vent

  5. Connect Fuel Tank Vent (4). Refer to Plastic Collar Quick Connect Fitting Service 
  6. Connect Fuel Pump to Fuel Filter Hose (3). Refer to Plastic Collar Quick Connect Fitting Service 
  7. Connect Fuel Pump Fuel Return Hose (2). Refer to Plastic Collar Quick Connect Fitting Service 
  8. Connect Electrical Connectors (1) (Qty: 2)
  9. Install Fuel Tank. Refer to Fuel Tank Replacement (AWD)
